Spring Tri Camp


Date: April 7-8, 2017
Location: Nashville, Tennessee

Take your skills to the next level this year with an intensive weekend of coaching, training and motivation to kick off the 2017 season. Camp is open to athletes of all levels, from beginners to elites, with coaching and support tailored to your individual experience and performance level.

Friday

6:30pm-7:00pm – Introduction and Camp Kickoff
7:00pm-8:00pm – 2017 Tri Panel with Guest Athletes and Coaches, Q&A

Saturday

7:00am - 9:00am – Swim Clinic
10:00am-1:00pm – Bike Clinic
1:00pm-2:00pm – Lunch
2:00pm-4:00pm – Run Clinic
4:00pm-6:00pm – Race Strategy (Transitions, Race Planning, Game Day Prep, etc.)
